舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中的应用效果及生活质量评分影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理干预应用于老年慢性心衰患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月我院接诊的老年慢性心衰患者66例,随机均分为实验组(33例)和对照组(33例)。实验组接受个性化护理干预,对照组接受慢性心衰常规护理。结果实验组生活质量评分均高于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预应用于老年慢性心衰患者的护理,护理效果较好,对患者生活质量的改善较为显著,值得向临床护理推荐。Objective To observe the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Sixty-six elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from 2017.6-2018.6 were randomly divided into the experimental group (33 cases) and the control group (33 cases) for nursing experiments. The experimental group received personalized nursing intervention, and the control group received routine care for chronic heart failure. Results The nursing efficiency and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention is applied to the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. The nursing effect is better, and the improvement of patients'quality of life is more significant. It is worth recommending to clinical nursing.
