摘 要:目的探讨采用去势法建立雌免骨质疏松症模型3月能否建模成功。方法 32只6月龄日本大耳白雌兔随机分成手术组(OVX)与假手术组S(HAM),前者行双侧卵巢切除术怒,后者按步骤切开腹腔后缝合,术后3个月检测并分析兔各部位骨密度变化。结果术后组3个月去势后测量发现头部骨密度明显较正常对照组低(P<0.05),但身体其他部位(上下肢、脊柱等)变化均不明显(P>0.05),全身骨密度变化不明显(P> 0.05)。结论去势法建立日本大耳白兔骨质疏松症模型3个月时不能完成全身骨质疏松模型,只有头部3个月后表现出骨密度降低情况,为今后骨质疏松建模提供一定理论依据。Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing a female osteoporosis model by castration in March. Methods Thirty-two six-month-old Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into operation group (OVX) and sham operation group S (HAM).The former underwent bilateral ovariectomy, the latter underwent step-by-step incision and suture.The changes of bone mineral density in each part of the rabbit were detected and analyzed 3 months after operation. Results Bone mineral density of head was significantly lower than that of normal control group after 3 months castration ( P < 0.05),but the changes of other parts of the body (upper and lower limbs,spine,etc.) were not obvious ( P > 0.05),and the changes of systemic BMD were not obvious ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Osteoporosis model of Japanese big-eared rabbits can not be established by castration for 3 months. Only three months after the head showed a decrease in bone mineral density,providing a theoretical basis for the future modeling of osteoporosis.
