不同血液检验指标用于冠心病患者检测中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析冠心病患者检测中不同血液检验指标的临床价值。方法抽取我院接收的心绞痛患者50例为甲组,急性心肌梗死患者40例为乙组,同期健康体检者50例为丙组。对比三组不同血液检验指标。结果丙组RDM低于甲、乙组,但甲、丙组cTnT、cTnⅠ、hs-cTnT、CK-MB均高于乙组(P<0.05);其他指标对比均无差异(P>0.05)。结论心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)是检验心肌损伤的最优指标,冠心病患者的血小板参数会随着病情阶段的不同而发生变化。Objective To analyze the clinical value of different blood tests in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty patients with angina pectoris received in our hospital were selected as group A, 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction as group B,and 50 healthy people as group C.Comparison of three groups of different blood test indicators. Results RDM of group C was lower than that of group A and group B, but cTnT, cTnI, hs-cTnT and CK-MB of group A and group C were higher than those of group B ( P < 0.05);there was no difference in other indexes ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Cardiac troponin I (cTn I) is the best indicator of myocardial injury,and platelet parameters in patients with coronary heart disease fluctuate with different stages of the disease.
