我国新型城镇化的主成分影响因子及其VAR传导效应研究

摘　　要：从人口城镇化、经济城镇化和居民生活质量三维度对我国新型城镇化的主成分影响因子进行分析,并基于VAR模型对其传导效应进行研究。结果显示:(1)促进农业劳动力向第二产业和第三产业转移是新型城镇化的原动力;(2)民众生活质量的提高是新型城镇化的重中之重;(3)转变工业化的发展模式是当前紧迫的任务。应树立集约型发展理念,打造绿色生态产业系统工程,积极培育并发展绿色、生态产业,做好产业承接;通过推动特色小城镇化建设,助力新型城镇化发展;打造各地区主导产业,实施"以工促农"行动计划,加快农业产业的现代化转型,提高城乡居民生活质量,促进我国新型城镇化建设。We analyse the influence factors of the main components of new urbanization in China from the perspective of population urbanization,economic urbanization and the lifequality of residents,and the transmission effect is studied based on the VAR model.The results showed that:(1)Promoting the transfer of agricultural labor to the second industry and the third industry is the driving force of new urbanization.(2)The improvement of people's living quality is the most important part of new urbanization.(3)Changing the development mode of industrialization is the urgent task at present.Therefore,we should set up the concept of intensive development,build a green eco-industrial system project,actively cultivate and develop green and ecological industries,and do well in industrial undertaking.We should promote the development of new urbanization by promoting the construction of characteristic small towns.To build the leading industries in various regions and implement the action plan of"promote agriculture by working work",accelerate the modernization of agricultural industry,improve the living quality of urban and rural residents,and promote the construction of new urbanization in China.
