摘 要:为使船用气瓶电爆阀能够快速、可靠且安全开启,分别设计电爆腔与超压排气结构,对爆压、电爆阀启、闭状态进行受力分析及曲柄与转轴强度校核,结果表明,所设计的船用快速开启气瓶电爆阀响应快速、性能稳定,电爆阀机构设计合理,满足舰船消防系统安全可靠、投入快速的需求。In order to enable the marine cylinder electric explosion valve to be opened quickly,reliably and safely,the structures of electric explosion chamber and over-pressure exhaust were designed respectively.The force analysis of detonation pressure and detonation valve opening and closing states was presented.The strength of crank and crankshaft was assessed.The results showed that the designed electric explosion valve for quick-opening marine gas cylinder responses fast with stable performance,it can meet the need of safety,reliability and fast investment of naval ship firefighting system.
