整体护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析整体护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的效果。方法该次研究的对象选择该院2017年4月—2018年4月收治的58例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组29例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施整体护理,比较两组患者在护理后的恢复情况。结果在该次研究中,经过治疗和护理后,观察组的总有效率达到了93.1%,对照组则只有79.3%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理对于糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的作用显著,患者的预后恢复情况良好,可以在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing in the patients with emergency diabetes ketoacidosis.Methods 58 cases of patients with diabetes ketoacidosis admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 29 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing model,while the observation group used the holistic nursing on the basis of the control group,and the recovery after nursing was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment and nursing,the total treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 93.1%and 79.3%,and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of holistic nursing in the patients with emergency diabetes ketoacidosis is good,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
