前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预的效果。方法选取该科2017年7月—2018年7月收治的BPH合并糖尿病患者66例,随机分为2组,各33例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预。结果观察组护理后FPG、2 hPG显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.1%,患者满意度为97.0%,明显优于对照组21.2%,81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对BPH合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预,可有效减少并发症发生,控制血糖,改善预后。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland combined with diabetes.Methods 66 cases of patients with BPH combined with diabetes in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the nursing invention.Results After nursing,the FPG,2 hPG in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications and satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(6.1%,97.0%vs 21.2%,81.8%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in patients with BPH combined with diabetes can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,control the blood glucose and improve the prognosis.
