基于PDCA的肿瘤病区环境的精细化管理探索

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在肿瘤病区卫生保洁工作中的作用。方法采用PDCA循环管理法,首先确定问题,其次由CQI小组共同讨论分析存在问题的原因,继而制定有效的措施并付诸实践,同时加强检查、督促,将发现的新问题转入下一个PDCA循环中。结果肿瘤病区的卫生死角、骨髓抑制病人病房环境、拖把分类使用放置、医疗废物规范化处置的未达标准处明显低于实施前、肿瘤病区的医院感染率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理法能够改善肿瘤病区的环境质量,继而有效控制医院感染的发生。Objective To explore the role of PDCA circulatory management in hygiene protection of tumor ward.Methods The PDCA cycle management method was used to determine the problem.Firstly,the problems were made clear.Secondly,the reasons for the existence of the problem were discussed by the CQI team.And then effective measures were developed and putted into practice,while strengthening the inspection,supervision.The new problems will be found into the next PDCA Cycle.Results The substandard level of the hygienic dead angle of cancer ward,the ward environment of patients with bone marrow suppression,the classified use and place?ment of mops,and the standardized disposal of medical waste was significantly lower than those before implementation,and the nosocomial infection rate in cancer ward was decreased significantly(P﹤0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management method can improve the environmental quality of tumor ward,and then effectively con?trol the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
