戒烟管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的采用国际通用的"5A"方案进行戒烟管理,实施戒烟干预,观察戒烟管理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者预后的影响。方法将46例COPD患者随机分为对照组(22例)与实验组(24例),对照组患者按常规方法进行戒烟劝导,实验组采用"5A"方案进行戒烟管理,比较两组患者接受戒烟劝导及戒烟管理3个月、6个月后的戒烟成功率、血气分析结果及肺功能的变化。结果采用"5A"方案进行戒烟管理的COPD患者,戒烟成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其血气分析结果和肺功能较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论采用"5A"方案进行戒烟管理,增加了COPD了患者的治疗效果,也改善了患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of smoking cessation intervention in nursing of COPD patients by the 5A’s.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=24)and the control group(n=22).The control group was given conventional method for smoking cessation,and the intervention group was given the 5A’s for smoking cessation.Their smoking cessation success rate,Blood gas analysis and Lung function were measure 3months and 6months after intervention.Results The success of smoking cessation in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05),and Their Blood gas analysis,Lung function were better than those in the control group too(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The 5A’s for smoking cessation can significantly improve smoking cessation effect,and greatly improve the quality of life.
