摘　　要：新时代高校后勤工作应秉持协调、绿色、开放的现代理念,坚持建章立制、规范执行、注重实效的科学管理,着力优质服务,注重人文关怀。现代理念、科学管理、优质服务和人文关怀是内在关联并相互支撑的有机整体,是新时代高校后勤工作转型升级的四大关键路径。It is necessary to adhere to the modern idea of coordination,green,open in logistics work of colleges and universities in the new era,insist on establishment of rules and regulations,standardize implementation,pragmatic and scientific management,first-rate service and humanistic care.Modern concept,scientific management,high quality service and humanistic concern are constituting an organic whole in which four parts are interrelated and mutually supportive.To grasp these four dimensions is the key to logistics work in colleges and universities in the new era.
