摘　　要：以某汽车融资租赁项目为例,研究应用Excel对汽车融资租赁项目进行多因素敏感性分析的步骤和技巧,并对分析结果提出风险应对措施和改善建议,为提高方案投资风险管理效率提供方法依据。Taking a certain car financing lease project as an example,this paper talks about steps and skills of car financing lease about the multi-factor sensitivity by using Excel,and also presents risk handling measurement and some improvement suggestions based on analysis results.All above is to give a method foundation for improving management efficiency about investment risk.
