摘 要:代谢组学是对小分子代谢物进行鉴定和定量分析的新型组学,它反映了生物体内实时的病理生理状态。肾脏是重要的代谢器官,肾脏疾病对循环代谢物水平可产生广泛影响。近年来代谢组学越来越多地用于慢性肾脏病的研究,以发现能够早期诊断、预测疾病进展的生物标志物,并探索其发病机制。Metabolomics is a new type of omics for identifying and quantifying the small molecule metabolites,and reflects the real-time pathophysiological conditions in the living organisms.Renal disorders have a wide-ranging influences on circulating metabolites since the kidney is a vital organ for metabolite handling.In recent years,metabolomics has increasingly been used in chronic kidney disease research to discover new biomarkers for early diagnosis or prediction of progression,and to explore the kidney disease pathogenesis.
