摘 要:通过正交设计试验研究了偏高岭土基土聚水泥早期抗压强度对氢氧化钠用量、水玻璃用量和水用量三个因素的敏感性,并用单因素变量法分析了土聚水泥早期抗压强度的影响因素。试验结果表明:在一定范围内,氢氧化钠用量的增加极大地促进了土聚水泥早期抗压强度的发展;水玻璃用量对土聚水泥抗压强度的显著影响主要表现在后期,但过量的水玻璃对早期抗压强度发展有不利影响;随着水用量的增加,土聚水泥的抗压强度逐渐降低,而各龄期的强度降低幅度基本保持一致。正确选择土聚水泥配合料组成,可获得高早强和工作性良好的土聚水泥,这对土聚水泥在维修补强等工程中的广泛应用有着重要的指导意义。In this paper,the sensitivity of early-age compressive strength of metakaolin-based geopolymer cement to sodium hydroxide,sodium silicate and water was investigated by orthogonal experiments.Besides,the influence factors of early-age compressive strength of geopolymer cement were analyzed by single factor method.The results show that the increase of sodium hydroxide content greatly promotes the development of early-age compressive strength of geopolymer cement in a certain range.It was observed that the effect of sodium silicate dosage on the compressive strength of geopolymer cement was significant,which occurred at later stage,but excessive amount of sodium silicate would inhibit the development of early-age compressive strength.With the increase of water content,the compressive strength of geopolymer cement decreased gradually,but the decreasing range of strength of each age was basically the same.It is analyzed that the geopolymer cement with high early-age strength and good workability can be obtained by choosing the appropriate composition of geopolymer cement mixture,which has guiding significance for the extensive application of geopolymer cement in maintenance and reinforcement engineering.
