摘　　要：通过回顾我国狱内侦查的发展历程,对古代狱内侦查体制和内容,新中国狱内侦查的法律法规建设追本溯源、盘点概括,梳理总结经验,以期为新时期狱内侦查工作提供借鉴和参考。This paper reviews the development of investigation in prison in China and tries to summarize the ancient prison investigation system and content,the construction of laws and regulations of prison investigation today in order to provide reference for the prison investigation work in the new era.
