摘　　要：中国共产党对扶贫工作持续下的理论探索是习近平扶贫理论的理论来源,其个人成长和工作经历是其扶贫理论的实践基础。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中精准脱贫等论断的提出标志着习近平扶贫理论开始形成,十九大报告提出"坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战"标志着习近平扶贫理论臻至成熟,成为对马克思主义贫困理论的原创性贡献。The Party’s continuous theoretical exploration of poverty alleviation is the theoretical source of Xi Jinping Theory on poverty alleviation, and Xi’s personal growth and working experience are the practical basis of the Theory. The statement of “targeted poverty alleviation” in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era marks the formation of the Theory, and the statement of “winning the battle against poverty” in the Report of the 19th CPC National Congress marks the perfection of the Theory, making it become another original contribution to Marxist theories on poverty.
