摘　　要：目的探讨改变宫颈球囊注水量对分娩结局的影响。方法选择有引产指征、无禁忌证的初产妇172例,随机分为两组,均使用美国COOK公司的双球囊促宫颈成熟。研究组宫颈球囊注水100 ml,阴道球囊注水80 ml;对照组宫颈球囊及阴道球囊注水量均为80 ml。均放置12 h后取出。最终入组156例,研究组76例,对照组80例。结果两组在阴道分娩率、宫缩频发、产后出血量、新生儿窒息率方面差异无统计学意义;研究组宫颈Bishop评分的改善、第一产程时间优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行球囊引产时,可通过宫颈球囊注入100 ml液体的方法提高宫颈成熟度、缩短第一产程时间,而不增加母儿风险。Objective To discuss the effect of changing the amount of water injected into cervical balloon on delivery outcome. Methods 172 primiparas with indications of induced labor and no contraindications were selected,divided into two groups randomly, both used the double balloon from American COOK company for promoting cervical ripening. In the study group, cervical balloon injection of water 100 ml, vaginal balloon injection of water 80 ml;In the control group, both the cervical balloon and the vaginal balloon injection of water 80 ml. All of them were taken out after 12 hours. There were 156 cases of final entry, 76 cases in the study group and 80 cases in the control group. Results There was no significant difference in vaginal delivery rate, frequency of uterine contraction, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups;There was statistical difference in the improvement of cervical Bishop score and the time of first stage of labor, and the study group was better than the control group. Conclusion During balloon induction, 100 ml fluid can be injected through the cervical balloon to increase the cervical maturity and shorten the first stage of labor time without increasing the risk of mothers and infants.
