盆底肌锻炼联合阴道哑铃训练对产后盆底康复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的盆底肌锻炼联合阴道锥哑铃训练对产后盆底康复的临床效果。方法 304例肌力为0～Ⅱ、顺产的产后妇女,随机分为3组:对照组,锻炼组,联合组。检测3组产妇训练前后肌力情况,观察3组性生活质量、盆腔器官脱垂及尿失禁改善情况。结果锻炼组和联合组较对照组肌力明显提高,联合组较锻炼组肌力明显改善,性生活质量较对照组明显提高、发生盆腔器官脱垂及尿失禁较对照组显著降低。结论盆底肌锻炼及阴道哑铃训练对产后盆底康复均有效,联合阴道哑铃训练能明显改善产后盆底肌力,提高产妇的性生活质量,减少产后盆腔器官脱垂及压力性尿失禁的发生,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with vaginal dumbbell training for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods A total of 304 postpartum women, whose pelvic floor muscles were among the levels of 0-II, were randomly divided into three groups: control group, pelvic floor muscle training group, joint group. Pelvic floor muscles strength level of the three groups were detected before and after training. The change of quality of sexual life, pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and urinary incontinence (UI) were observed. Results Pelvic floor muscles strength level were significantly improved in training group and joint group, and the effect were more obvious in joint group. The POP and UI incidence were decreased in training group and joint group when compared with the control group. There was also significant improvement of sexual life in training group and joint group. Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle exercise and that commbined with vaginal dumbbell training are effective for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. But the latter could significant improve pelvic floor muscles strength, improve the sexual life quality of wemen, decrease the incidence of POP and UI, so this way is for further promotion.
