摘 要:某城市生活垃圾焚烧发电厂一期垃圾渗滤液处理站设计处理规模为180 m^3/d,采用混凝等预处理+UASB+MBR+NF+RO组合工艺,出水水质要求达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)中敞开式循环冷却水补充水的水质标准。结果表明,常年平均出水COD_(Cr)≤29 mg/L,BOD_5≤5 mg/L,NH_3-N≤0.4 mg/L,TN≤14 mg/L,SS未检出,完全满足出水水质要求。文中介绍了渗滤液处理系统的工艺流程、主要构筑物和设备的设计参数,并对运行成本及经验进行了总结,可供同类工程设计参考。The designed capacity of leachate treatment station of a municipal solid waste incineration power plant is 180 m 3/d. Combined process of pretreatment by coagulation and others+UASB+MBR+NF+RO is used, and the effluent quality meets the criteria of reclaimed water used as supplement for open circulation cooling water according to Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923-2005). Based on the results, annual average effluent quality is shown as follow: COD Cr ≤29 mg/L, BOD5≤5 mg/L, NH3-N≤0.4 mg/L, TN≤14 mg/L, and SS not detected, which completely meets water quality requirement of the standard. In the paper, process flow of the project and designed parameters of main structures and equipment are introduced, operational cost and experience are also summarized. It provides reliable reference for the design of similar projects.
