摘 要:宁波某钢铁厂中央污水处理站的出水由于含盐量、钙硬度及氯离子浓度偏高,不能大规模直接回用于生产和消防。工程采用"预处理-超滤-反渗透"工艺处理出水,达到回用标准,近期建设规模为2.5万m^3/d,反渗透浓水经"超滤-纳滤"工艺处理进一步回收产水,纳滤产生的超浓水经深度处理最终达标排放,废水总回收利用率可达85%,大大减少企业用水量,实现水资源的循环利用。The discharged water from central sewage treatment station of a steel plant in Ningbo cannot be reused as process water or fire protection water on a large scale due to its high level of salinity, calcium hardness and chloride ion concentration. Combined wastewater treatment process of pretreatment-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis (RO) is adopted in this project to meet the standard for water recycling. Recent treatment capacity is 25 000 m^3/d. The concentrated water from RO process is further treated by ultrafiltration-nanofiltration process to recover output water, and the ultra-concentrated water produced during nanofiltration is discharged in consistence with the effluent requirement after advanced treatment. Total wastewater recovery rate is 85%, and the consumption of production water is greatly reduced to fully realize the recycling of water resources.
