摘　　要：目的讨论坐骨结节部深部褥疮使用股薄肌肌皮瓣修复的临床疗效。方法应用股薄肌肌皮瓣修复坐骨结节部深部难治性褥疮五例。结果肌皮瓣修复后,术后6月随访,肌皮瓣完全存活,褥疮部及供区创口一期闭合,受区触之质地柔韧,未再次出现渗液。结论应用肌薄肌皮瓣转位修复周围难治性创面效果满意,血管解剖恒定,且供血好,促进基床修复能力强,抗感染能力强,定位及切取容易,供区位置隐蔽,切取后对功能影响小,值得推广应用。Objective Discuss the ischial tuberosity of deep bedsore using gracilis muscle myocutaneous flap to repair the clinical curative effect. Methods Gracilis muscle myocutaneous flap to repair the deep ischial tuberosity refractory five cases of bedsore. Results Myocutaneous flap to repair,the postoperative follow-up of 6 month,myocutaneous flap survived completely,bedsore closed and sealed for a period of touch area of flexible texture toughening, scientists did not occur again. Conclusion Application of thin muscle myocutaneous flap transposition peripheral refractory wound repair effect is satisfied,constant vascular anatomy,and good blood supply, promote the bed repair ability is strong,strong anti-infection ability,taking easy,location and area for its position,after cut out small influence on function,is worthy of popularization and application.
