摘　　要：目的分析妇产科麻醉中罗哌卡因的应用效果。方法选取某医院2015年12月至2017年12月间收治100例妇产科患者进行实验研究,采用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用重比重罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组采用等比重罗哌卡因麻醉,比较两组患者应用效果。结果观察组不良反应率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者镇痛优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者麻醉效果均能满足手术需要,差异无统计学意义,观察组患者感觉阻滞起效时间和运动阻滞恢复时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术中采用等比重的罗哌卡因麻醉,可在满足手术需要的前提下降低不良反应率,应用效果较好,具有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of ropivacaine in Obstetrics and Gynecology anesthesia. Methods 100 cases of Obstet-rics and gynecology patients in a hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected for experimental study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method. 50 cases in each group, the control group was anesthetized with ropivacaine of specific gravity, the observation group was anesthetized with ropivacaine of equal gravity. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The anesthesia effect of the two groups could meet the needs of the operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The onset time of sensory block and recovery time of motor block in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group. There was academic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Ropivacaine anesthesia with equal proportions in gynecology and obstetrics operation can reduce the adverse reaction rate on the premise of meeting the needs of operation, and the effect is good. It has certain clinical value and is worth popularizing.
