摘　　要：铁塔公司的成立给运营商带来机遇和挑战,站址共享和运营成本成为矛盾体。通过对现有移动网络站址现状的分析和评估,同时深入了解一线维护人员及成本管控人员的实际需求,对构建移动网络站址运营管理平台进行探索,并使用开源技术初步设计实现,从而提升运营效率和降低运营成本,为实现站址运营精细化管理提供借鉴与参考。The establishment of the tower company brings opportunities and challenges to the operators,sharing and operating costs become contradiction. Through the analysis and evaluation of the status of the existing mobile networks site,and in-depth understanding the actual needs of first-line maintenance personnel and cost control personnel,it explores the construction of a mobile network site operation and management platform,and uses open source technology to preliminary design and implemen-tation,which improves operational efficiency and reduces operating costs and provides reference for the realization of the meticulous management of the site operating.
