摘 要:以氧化钐为标记物质,制备了一种非放射性压裂效果评价用钐标记压裂支撑剂,研究了标记元素添加对支撑剂晶型结构、烧结温度、破碎率、酸溶解度的影响,并探索了其相应内在机理。研究发现:标记元素的加入可以降低支撑剂的烧结温度、在69 MPa下破碎率及酸溶解度,主要是因为标记元素与支撑剂中的氧化铝反应生成新晶相,新晶相的生成有助于提高支撑剂致密度、细化刚玉晶粒、提高支撑剂耐酸性。A non-radioactive, samarium-tragged fracturing proppant for the evaluation of fracturing effect was prepared using samarium sesquioxide as the labeled substance. The effects of Sm2O3 addition on the crystal structure, sintering temperature, crush resistance and acid solubility of the proppants were investigated, and the corresponding internal mechanism was explored. The results showed that the labeled element could reduce the sintering temperature, crushing rate and acid solubility, mainly because the formation of a new phase, which was generated by reaction between the labeled element and aluminum oxide, can improve the density, refine corundum grains and enhance the resistance of the support agent to acid.
