摘 要:以铁尾矿和紫木节粘土为主要原料,加入成孔剂,经研磨混合、成型、干燥及烧成,可制备铁尾矿轻质保温砖。实验结果表明:所选的白云石、碳酸钙、碳酸镁及煤粉四种成孔剂,较为合理的成孔剂为白云石。加入量20wt.%、烧成温度1100℃、保温时间20 min时,制备的轻质保温砖气孔率达65.7 vol.%,抗压强度为7.1 MPa,符合MJ5.0标准(强度≥5.0 MPa)要求;体积密度为1.10 g/cm^3,符合轻质保温砖的密度要求(0.75-1.20 g/cm^3)。可作为民用等建筑物保温材料。Using iron tailing and Zimujie clay as raw materials, and pore-forming agents as additives, light-weight insulating brick was prepared by grinding, mixing, plastic moulding, drying and firing. Experiment results show that, among the four kinds of pore-forming agents used, i.e. dolomite, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and pulverized coal, the most reasonable is dolomite. When 20wt.% dolomite was added, the firing temperature was 1100 ℃, and the holding time was 20 min, the light-weight insulating brick with the porosity of 65. 7 vol.% could be obtained, the compressive strength is 7.1 MPa, the volume density is 1.10 g/cm^3.The material can provide good insulation for civic buildings.
