涡轮风机在板纸机真空系统的应用

摘　　要：文章阐述了造纸厂传统水环式真空泵容易产生的一些问题,引申出多级鼓风式透平风机和涡轮风机,并对各自的工作原理进行了描述。介绍了带变频调速功能的Ecopump涡轮风机代替水环式真空泵在板纸机真空系统的改造应用,包括涡轮风机的选型,真空系统的设计、安装、调试、运行以及改造后的节能情况。This paper expounds some problems that are easy to occur in the traditional water ring vacuum pump in paper mill,extends the multi-stage blast turbine fan and turbine fan,and describes their respective working principles.This paper introduces the transformation and application of Ecopump turbine fan with variable frequency speed regulation function instead of water ring vacuum pump in the vacuum system of paperboard machine,including the selection of turbine fan,the design,installation,debugging,operation of vacuum system and the energy saving after transformation.
