试论配网停电计划“五个零时差”管理

摘　　要：电力系统中配网确保实际停电状况与停电计划一致,是改善用户用电体验的关键。文章以我国H县X供电企业为例,对配网停电计划"五个零时差"的管理内容、管理方法进行了研究。通过对管理效果的观察,证实了"五个零时差"管理模式的应用价值。It is the key to improve the user experience to ensure that the actual blackout condition is consistent with the blackout plan in the distribution network of power system.Taking the X power supply enterprise in H County of China as an example,this paper studies the management contents and methods of the distribution network blackout plan,i.e.,Five Zero TimeDifferences".Through the observation of the management effect,the application value of the "Five Zero Time Differences" management mode is confirmed.
