摘　　要：在医疗设备维修管理中,通过应用PDCA方法,可以对医疗设备进行系统化管理,进而提高医疗设备维修管理水平。对此,文章首先对PDCA方法进行介绍,然后对PDCA方法在医疗设备维修管理中的应用优势进行分析,并结合实例对医疗设备维修管理中,PDCA方法的应用方式进行详细探究。In the maintenance management of medical equipment,through the application of PDCA method,the systematic management of medical equipment can be carried out,and then the level of medical equipment maintenance management can be improved.In this paper,first the PDCA method is introduced,then the application advantages of PDCA method in medical equipment maintenance management are analyzed,and finally the application mode of PDCA method in medical equipment maintenance management is discussed in detail with an example.
