市政排水管道工程质量风险因素分析

摘　　要：随着我国建设速度不断提升,对市政工程建设和投入成为各地政府重点关注的领域,特别是城市排水管道设施的建设质量问题,更是社会关注的焦点。如果能够找出市政排水管道工程中关键的质量风险因素并进行管理,不仅能大幅减少重复建设对居民和社会的影响,更能产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。文章主要从建设管理方的角度出发,结合实际案例,分析佛山市政排水管道工程质量风险因素,并对关键因素提出应对策略,从而更好的指导工程实践。With the continuous improvement of the construction speed of our country,the construction and investment of municipal engineering has become the focus of attention of local governments,especially the construction quality of urban drainage pipeline facilities is the focus of social attention.If we can find out the key quality risk factors in municipal drainage pipeline engineering and manage them,we can not only greatly reduce the impact of repeated construction on residents and society,but also produce huge economic and social benefits.From the point of view of construction management,with the actual case taken into consideration,this paper analyzes the quality risk factors of Foshan municipal drainage pipeline project,and puts forward some countermeasures to the key factors,so as to better guide the engineering practice.
