摘  要:某成品油管道工程在投产前的试压过程中,发现某X60感应加热弯管外弧侧出现纵向及横向开裂,从而导致试压泄漏。通过力学性能检验、组织分析、扫描电镜分析及能谱分析,讨论了该感应加热弯管开裂的原因。分析结果表明,其开裂的具体原因有两个,一是在弯管热煨制过程中,裂纹部位温度过高,从而促使该处的组织转变为粗大的板条状贝氏体,其力学性能恶化,在弯管弯曲时外弧侧在拉应力的作用下产生横向开裂;二是由于母材中镶嵌的夹渣缺陷,破坏材料的连续性,并形成局部应力集中,在母管成型时可能会导致纵向开裂,也是弯管弯制时横向开裂的诱因之一。In the pressure test process before a pipeline project of refined oil was put into production,it was found that there appeared longitudinal and transverse cracking on the outer arc side of X60 induction bend pipe,which leads to leakage during the pressure test.The specific causes for the cracking of the bend pipe were discussed by mechanical property test,microstructure analysis,SEM analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The analysis results show that there are two causes for the cracking of the bend pipe,the first cause was that in the hot bending process,the temperature at the location of the crack was too high,making the microstructure of this location transformed into coarse lath bainite,its mechanical properties were deteriorated,causing transverse cracking on the outer arc side under the action of tensile stress when the bend pipe was bent.The second cause was that the defects of slag inclusions inserted in the base metal,continuity of the destruction of the material and the formation of local stress concentration might lead to longitudinal cracking during the parent pipe forming,and they were also one of the incentives for transverse cracking during the bending of the bend pipe.
