加味六味地黄汤联合尿激酶治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味六味地黄汤联合尿激酶治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取80例就诊于广东省江门市五邑中医院肾病科门诊及住院的患者,分为基础治疗组即对照组40例、尿激酶联合加味六味地黄汤组即观察组40例。比较两组的中医症候积分,肾功能,凝血功能指标。结果:治疗后,对照组和观察组的总积分分别为(7.92±0.87)分和(6.21±0.87)分,对照组的积分显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组的肾功能血肌酐,血尿素氮和尿蛋白定量显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组的肾功能指标GFR,PT,TT,APTT,TP和ALB显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:加味六味地黄汤联合尿激酶可以起到较好的治疗效果,可以显著改善患者肾功能和凝血功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with urokinase in the treatment of early and middle stage chronic renal failure.Methods:80 patients were enrolled in the outpatient department and hospitalized from the department of nephrology Wuyi hospital of Jiangmen Wuyi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were divided into the basic treatment group (40 cases) and the urokinase combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction group (40 cases).The TCM syndrome scores,renal function,and coagulation function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total scores of the control group and the observation group were (7.92±0.87) and (6.21±0.87),respectively.The scores of the control group were significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05).The renal dysfunction of renal function in the control group.Blood urea nitrogen and urine protein were significantly higher than the observation group (P<0.05).Renal function indexes GFR,PT,TT,APTT,TP and ALB in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with urokinase can achieve better therapeutic effect,can significantly improve renal function and coagulation function,and has high therapeutic value.
