一般工业固体废物的管理现状及有害性认定探究

摘　　要：近年来,虽然国家对工业固体废物的管理越来越重视,但由于一般工业固体废物的法律监管依据不足,相对于危险废物其环境危害性也较小,导致针对一般工业固体废物的管理、有害认定等研究不多。本文通过对一般工业固体废物的危害特性、管理现状进行分析,提出了一般工业固体废物利用处置和管理的对策及建议,以期能改善目前一般工业固废管理的困境。In recent years,although the state has paid increasing attention to the management of industrial solid waste,due to the lack of legal regulatory basis for industrial solid waste in general and its environmental hazards compared to hazardous waste,the research on the management of industrial solid waste in general is obviously insufficient..By analyzing the hazard characteristics and management status of general industrial solid waste,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the disposal and management of general industrial solid waste,in order to improve the current situation of industrial solid waste management.
