摘 要:采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)两种絮凝剂混合,利用絮凝法对模拟染料废水进行处理。通过优化实验设计方案,研究了同一浓度染料废水加不同量的絮凝剂的处理效果,并绘制不同染料浓度与吸光度关系的标准工作曲线。实验结果表明:PAM的投药量改变,其他任意变量均不改变,测得PAC和PAM投药量为2mL和1.5mL时,染料废水脱色率为最佳,脱色率达到99.23%,吸光度为0.007。故最佳投药工艺为PAC:PAM=4:3。PAC and PAM were used to treat simulated dye wastewater by flocculation method.The article studied the treatment effect of different amount of flocculant in dye wastewater with the same concentration by optimizing the experimental design scheme,and drew the standard working curve of the relation between different dye concentration and absorbance.The results show that the decolorization rate of dye wastewater was the best when PAC and PAM were 2mL and 1.5mL,the decolorization rate was 99.23%,and the absorbance was 0.007.Therefore,the best process is PAC:PAM=4:3.
