摘　　要：根据收工作在现场踏勘阶段和现场监测阶段的关注重点。其中,现场踏勘分主体工程建设、环保设施及措施落实、重大变动界定等3部分进行了介绍;现场监测分工况监督、焚烧炉技术性能测试、废气排放监测、废水排放监测、在线监测系统比对监测、环境质量监测等6个部分进行了归纳总结,并通过实践总结了该类项目在实际验收监测工作中遇到的问题。According to the newly issued Technical Specifications for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects Completed in China and the acceptance practice of household garbage incineration power generation construction projects,the key points of environmental protection acceptance of such projects in the field survey stage and acceptance monitoring stage are summarized.The key points of field survey are introduced in three parts: main project construction,implementation of environmental protection facilities and measures,and definition of major changes.The key points of acceptance monitoring are summarized in six parts,including working condition monitoring,technical performance testing of incinerator,exhaust emission monitoring,waste water emission monitoring,online monitoring system comparison monitoring,and environmental quality monitoring,and summarized the problems encountered in the acceptance monitoring of such projects through practice.
