摘　　要：分析了自新的《建设项目环境保护管理条例》和《建设项目竣工环境保护验收暂行办法》实施以来,建设单位在开展竣工环境保护自主验收工作中出现的一些问题及原因,针对出现的问题,提出了解决对策及建议。After analyzing the implementation of the “Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects” and “Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects Completion”,some problems and causes of the construction units in the self-checking and acceptance of environmental protection for completion have been analyzed.The problem is raised and solutions are proposed.
