摘 要:为研究不同虫口密度蛴螬对新植榛苗的危害及防治措施,进行了沙地新植榛苗蛴螬防治试验。在正常栽植条件下,以蛴螬3龄幼虫为试虫,采用人工接虫的方法,研究蛴螬虫口密度与新栽植榛苗死亡率之间的关系。结果表明:蛴螬的虫口密度与榛苗死亡率间存在极显著线性正相关关系(y=4.937x-4.502,r=0.989),二者相关性极显著。初步确定新植榛园蛴螬3龄幼虫的防治指标为每株3.949头。在试验区内对新植榛苗采用不同药剂灌根法防治,结果显示:采用稀释800倍液的4.5%毒死蜱乳油的防治效果最佳,可达85%。To investigate the harm of different grub population density to new-planted hazel seedling and make effective controlling methods for grub,data about mortality rate and controlling effects of new-planted hazel seedling damaged by different grub population density were analyzed.Under normal planting condition,relationship between population density and hazel seedling mortality was studied by inoculating 3rd instar larvae to hazel seedlings.The results indicated that:there was a significant positive linear correlation between grub population density and seedling mortality(y=4.937x-4.502).the control index was 3.949 larvae per seedling in new-planting orchard.In the experimental area,the new seedlings were irrigated with different pesticides,the result indicated that:4.5%Chlorpyrifos E.C diluted 800 times presented the best control effects to grub,which reached 85%.
