摘  要:通过对钻孔漏气及封孔机理的分析,指出瓦斯抽采钻孔主要存在a、b和c共3种类型的漏气点,其中c类即煤体复合裂隙为当前抽采钻孔主要的漏气类型。为提高肥田煤矿16号煤层的瓦斯预抽效果,在11161运输平巷开展了高效封孔提质技术的试验。通过对已封钻孔内甲烷体积分数轴向分布规律的实测,分析其钻孔主要存在c类漏气,确定试验点合理封孔深度为15 m,并开展封孔对比试验考察。在约70 d的考察期内,试验钻孔在同一抽采时期的平均抽采甲烷体积分数比聚氨酯封孔工艺的抽采甲烷体积分数提高30%~40%,且未出现明显的衰减现象,表明高效封孔提质技术可有效解决抽采钻孔c类漏气问题,具有较好的工程应用价值。Through analyzing the mechanism of borehole leakage and sealing,it was pointed out that there were mainly 3 types(type a,type b and type c)of gas leakage points in gas drainage borehole.Among them,type c,namely coal composite fracture,was the main type of gas leakage in current drainage boreholes.In order to improve the pre-drainage effect of gas in No.16 coal seam of Feitian Coal Mine,the experiment of efficient borehole sealing and quality improvement technology was carried out in 11161 transport roadway.Based on the measurement of the axial distribution law of methane volume fraction in the sealed borehole,it was analyzed that there was mainly type c gas leakage in the borehole,and the reasonable sealing depth of the test site was determined to be 15 m,and the comparative test of borehole sealing were carried out.During the inspection period of about 70 days,compared with the polyurethane sealing process in the same drainage period,the average volume fraction of methane extracted from the test borehole increased,the range for increasing was from 30%to 40%,and no obvious attenuation occurred.The results show that the efficient sealing technology can effectively overcome the typec leakage in drainage boreholes and has excellent engineering application value.
