摘  要:频域介电谱(FDS)绝缘诊断方法由于具有无损测试、包含绝缘信息丰富等特点被广泛应用在现场测试。但FDS测量结果易受到多种因素影响,如杂质离子含量、温度变化、变压器结构等。而当前研究中,水分含量、杂质离子浓度对油纸绝缘的介电特性影响机理的解释并不完善,因此需要更加合理的介电响应特性仿真和实验分析。本文首先依据实际变压器的测试结果得到扩展Debye模型的参数,并借助Matlab仿真分析扩展Debye模型中纸(板)的绝缘参数的变化对FDS曲线的影响。仿真和实验表明,FDS电导过程的变化规律受杂质离子影响规律明显与水分不同,杂质离子主要影响复电容虚部的低频段。The insulation diagnosis method based on frequency domain dielectric spectrum(FDS)has been widely used in field test because of its nondestructive testing and rich insulation information.However,FDS measurement results are susceptible to many factors,such as impurity ion,temperature changes,and transformer structure,and so on.The interpretation on the dielectric properties of oil paper insulation with the influence of moisture content and impurity ion concentration is not very ideal,thus more appropriate and effective simulation and experimental analysis of dielectric response characteristics are needed.In this paper,based on the experimental results,the extended Debye model parameters of the field transformer are obtained.Then,the influence of the insulation resistance value in the Debye model on the FDS curve is simulated by Matlab modeling.The results show that the variations of the FDS conductance process is obviously affected by the impurity ions,different from those by the water content.The impurity ions mainly affect the low frequency section of the imaginary part of the complex capacitor.
