评估舒筋通络方熏洗对桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍的疗效

摘　　要：目的:评估舒筋通络方熏洗对桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍的疗效。方法:选取本院2017年7月-2018年7月收治的40例桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例,对照组给予常规中医手法治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用舒筋通络方熏洗治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组患者的治疗总有效率为65.00%,明显低于观察组治疗总有效率的95.00%;治疗后,观察组患者活动度、腕关节功能与握力三项指标评分均高于对照组;对照组并发症发生率为20.00%,高于观察组的5.00%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在治疗桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍患者的过程中加用舒筋通络方熏洗,能够有效缓解其相关临床症状,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of shujin tongluo decoction on wrist dysfunction after distal radius fracture. Methods: our hospital from July 2017-July 2017 in 40 cases of distal radius fractures on wrist joint function disorder, according to the random number table method divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group, control group given conventional technique of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group treatment with tendons t2dm patients with Fang Xun washing treatment, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of comparing two groups of patients. Results: the total effective rate of the control group was 65.00%, significantly lower than that of the observation group. After treatment, the activity level, wrist function and grip strength of the observation group were all higher than the control group. The incidence of complications in the control group was 20.00%, higher than 5.00% in the observation group, P <0.05 and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with wrist dysfunction after distal radius fracture, the use of shujin tongluo decoction can effectively relieve its related clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical application.
