摘  要:针对摩托车链条自动张紧器精度差的状况,提出了张紧器检测装置研制需求。分析了自动张紧器的结构特征、工作原理和技术要求,设计了一种以电动机驱动、以溅射薄膜微扭矩传感器和数字式千分尺为主要检测元件、以丝杆螺母为传动机构的检测装置,并给出了自动张紧器检测装置的设计方案、三维模型和检测方法,实现张紧器的质量检测。The overall design project of detection device was presented according to the poor accuracy of automatic tensioner on motorcycle chain. The structural characteristics, operating principle and technical property requirements are analyzed. The detection device, which driven by motor, with sputtering film microtorque sensor and digital dial gauge as its main detecting elements and screw-nut as its transmission mechanism is designed. Moreover, the design scheme, three-dimensional model and detection method are given to achieve the quality inspection of automatic tensioner.
