摘　　要：通过分析云南省现有ICEAS城镇污水处理厂工艺、进出水水质、构筑物和设备情况、运行情况和控制参数,对ICEAS工艺污水处理厂进行深入分析挖掘,选择最经济适宜的提标改造工艺,将污水处理厂从一级B标提升到一级A标,实现污水处理厂脱氮除磷、提标改造的目标。Analyzing the process, water quality, structure and equipment, operation and control parameters of ICEAS urban sewage treatment plant in Yunnan Province. Through in-depth analysis and excavation of the ICEAS process wastewater treatment plant, the most economical and appropriate upgrading process is selected to upgrade the wastewater treatment plant from the first B standard to the first A standard. To achieve the goal of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and upgrading of wastewater treatment plants.
