摘 要:为了解决道路中央分隔带混凝土护栏施工中劳动力投入大、施工环节多、施工效率低、质量外观偏差大等问题,介绍了一种滑模施工工艺,即通过水泥混凝土拌和站生产、混凝土运输车运输水泥混凝土,运用滑模摊铺机在路面施工现场一次摊铺成型的施工方式,并以广东龙怀高速公路为依托,对混凝土的配合比设计、施工工艺和质量控制进行了研究,解决了以往混凝土护栏施工中存在的问题,进行了大规模的现场应用,取得了良好的效果。In order to reduce labor input and construction links,improve construction efficiency and reduce deviation of quality and appearance in the construction of median concrete barriers,this paper introduces a sliding form construction technology,that is,the construction method of one-time paving and forming by using sliding form paver in the construction site of roads after the production of cement concrete mixing station and the transportation of cement concrete by concrete transporter.Based on the Longhuai Expressway in Guangdong Province,the mix design,construction technology and quality control of concrete are studied.The problems existing in the past concrete fence construction are solved,and large-scale field application is carried out,and good results are achieved.
