摘 要:为了研究碳纳米管/SBS复合改性沥青的路用性能,将碳纳米管和SBS小颗粒混合掺杂后加入沥青中,制备碳纳米管/SBS复合改性沥青,通过改变碳纳米管掺量来研究改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度、黏度及车辙因子等指标,并测试了混合料的综合性能。试验结果表明,碳纳米管只有与SBS协同使用才能更好地发挥作用;当碳纳米管掺量为0. 15%时,SBS改性沥青的高温性能及低温性能均得到了增强;碳纳米管/SBS复合改性沥青具有优异的抗变形和抗车辙能力,其混合料具有良好的路用性能。In order to study the pavement performance of carbon nanotubes/SBS composite modified asphalt,carbon nanotubes and SBS,small particles were mixed and added into asphalt.The penetration,softening point,ductility,viscosity and rutting factor of modified asphalt with different dosage of carbon nanotubes were tested,and then performance of carbon nanotubes/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture was tested.The results showed that only by combining with SBS,carbon nanotubes could effectively improve asphalt's performance.When carbon nanotubes dosage was 0.15%,high temperature stability and low temperature stability of SBS modified asphalt were enhanced.Carbon nanotubes/SBS composite modified asphalt had excellent anti-deformation or anti-rutting ability,and its mixture had good pavement performance.
