摘　　要：针对目前斜拉索防水罩防水耐久性不足的问题,分析了斜拉索下锚固端主要的防水方式,设计开发出一种新型斜拉索防水罩。为了提高新型防水罩生产效率,降低成本,对3种常见的制造方法进行研究对比分析,制定出了切实可行的制造方案,完善了制造工艺并进行了验证,最终采用的制造技术生产效率高,制造成本低,值得推广。Aiming at the problem of insufficient durability of waterproofing cover for stay cables,the main waterproofing methods of anchorage end under stay cables are analyzed,and a new type of waterproofing cover for stay cables is designed and developed.In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of the new type waterproof cover,three common manufacturing methods were studied and compared,and a feasible manufacturing scheme was worked out.The manufacturing process was improved and verified.The final manufacturing technology adopted has high production efficiency and low manufacturing cost.
