大三人格维度与职业倦怠关系的元分析

摘　　要：运用元分析方法探讨大三人格维度与职业倦怠的关系.通过文献检索,收集国内有关大三人格与职业倦怠关系的研究文献23篇,总样本量为10803,运用Comprehensive meta-analysis V2.0软件进行效应分析与调节效应检验.元分析结果表明,内外向、神经质、精神质与情感耗竭、人格解体维度以及精神质与低成就感的效应值均为中等;内外向、神经质与低成就感的效应值为小效应;大三人格与职业倦怠三维度之间的相关受被试类型、文献类型、测量工具的调节.结论:内外倾与职业倦怠三维度负相关,神经质、精神质与职业倦怠三维度正相关.A meta-analysis was conducted to explore the relationship between the big three personalities and job burnout.23 academic papers studying the relationship between personality and job burnout with a total sample size of 10803 participants were collected and subjected to a comprehensive meta-analysis by means of the CMA2.0.software to conduct the effect analysis and test the moderator effect.The results showed that the effect values of Extrovision-Introvision,Neuroticism,Psychoticism with emotional exhaustion and Psychoticism with reduced personal personality accomplishment were at the medium level;The effect values of Extrovision-Introvision,Neuroticism with reduced personal personality accomplishment were of small effect.The correlation between personality and the three dimensions of job burnout is regulated by the types of subjects,journal types,and measurement tools.Conclusion:Extrovision-Introvision was negatively correlated with the three dimensions of job burnout;and neuroticism and psychoticism are positively correlated with the three dimensions of job burnout.
