摘　　要：安全管理工作是川藏联网线路直升机试航巡作业顺利实施的重要保证。在介绍川藏联网线路试航巡作业安全管理指导思想、安全风险点分析、管控措施的基础上,总结项目安全管理经验,为川藏地区推广直升机航巡作业提供参考。Safety management is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of helicopter test cruise operation on Sichuan-Tibet transmission line.This paper introduces the safety management guidelines,safety risk analysis and control measures of the test cruise operation,summarizes the safety management experiences of this project,which can be refered for the promotion of helicopter cruise operation in Sichuan-Tibet area.
