摘 要:针对某国产600 MW等级水氢氢式汽轮发电机定子冷却水系统中2台并联的离心式水泵投产后先后出现振动超标,多次导致定冷水泵未到检修周期却进行解体大修的问题,通过不断摸索找到了导致定冷水泵振动超标的根本原因,并制定了相应的治理方案。治理后,定冷水泵振动达优秀值,定子冷却水系统的安全稳定性得到了大幅提升。The two parallel centrifugal pumps in the stator cooling water system of a domestic 600 MW class water-hydrogen-hydrogen turbo generator occurs vibration overproof sequentially after putting into operation,which has forces the stator cooling water pump to disintegrate and maintain several times before reaching the maintenance period.It finds out the fundamental reason for the vibration overproof of the stator cooling water pump through continuous exploration,and makes up the corresponding treatment scheme.After the treatment,the vibration of the stator cooling water pump reduces to excellent value,and the safety and stability of the stator cooling water system are greatly improved.
