摘　　要：用电检查工作在电力营销中具有重要地位,特别是其中的反窃电工作,对于电力企业合法、公正地开展工作具有举足轻重的作用。因此,针对实际用电检查工作中存在的一些问题,从组织管理的角度上进行反思和探讨,以改进用电检查工作,提高反窃电效率。Electricity inspection plays an important role in the power marketing,especially the anti-stealing work in electricity inspection,which plays a decisive role in the legitimate and fair development of power industry.In order to solve the problems of electricity inspection,this paper carries out reflextion and discussion from the view of organization management,which can improve the work of electricity inspection and the efficiency of anti-stealing electricity.
