摘 要:桂林市防洪及漓江补水工程是国务院批准的《珠江流域防洪规划》确定的桂江重点控制性防洪工程。桂林市是中国著名旅游胜地和历史文化名城,工程建设需要充分考虑桂林市旅游城市的特点,将工程建设与生态环境保护统筹考虑,尽可能减小工程建设对生态环境造成的不利影响,以达到兴利与环保的双重目的。小溶江、斧子口水利枢纽大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,坝体结构设计及浇筑混凝土时的温度控制是保证大坝混凝土质量的关键因素,论述了在设计及施工过程中,通过优化大坝的结构设计及制定合理的温控措施,使大坝在确保混凝土质量的前提下满足施工进度要求。Guilin City Flood Protection and Lijiang River Water Supplement Project is the key flood control engineering for Guijiang River in accordance with the Pearl River Basin Flood Control Plan approved by State Council.Guilin is a famous tourist resort and historic and cultural city.The project shall be constructed fully taking into consideration the characteristics of a tourist city and the ecological environmental protection,minimizing the unfavorable effects to the most extent,so as to realize the double targets of benefits and environmental protection.Xiaorongjiang Hydraulic Project and Fuzikou Hydraulic Project both were designed with RCC dam.Dam structural design and temperature control during concreting were the key issues for main dam concrete quality.The author presents the optimization of main dam structural design and the temperature control measures adopted to guarantee the concreting quality and progress as schedule.
