摘  要:绥中36-1油田于1993年开始投产,采用滚动开发的模式,分Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期进行开发,截止目前已经开发25年,步入了油田开发的中后期阶段,储层局部水淹严重,且由于储层污染和出砂等因素出现了大批低效井,常规的酸化解堵技术已经不能恢复其产能。为了改善和提高这批低效井的开发效果,减少生产过程中高含水的情况,有效降本增效,决定实施一口中短半径水平套管井。作业过程中形成了一套适用于中短半径水平套管井的完井工艺。完井步骤在刮管洗井、射孔和防砂等方面相对于传统工艺均进行了优化。该井的成功实施,为渤海油田"降本增效、稳油控水"开拓了新方向。Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield started production in 1993,adopting the rolling development mode and developing in phases I and II.Up to now,it has been developed for 25 years and has entered the middle and late stage of oilfield development,with serious flooding of the reservoir and a large number of inefficient wells due to reservoir pollution,sand production and other factors,and the conventional acid plugging removal technology has been unable to restore its production capacity.In order to ameliorate and improve the development effect of these inefficient wells,reduce the high water cut in the production process and effectively reduce the cost and increase efficiency,it was decided to implement a medium and short radius horizontal casing well.During the operation,a set of completion technology suitable for medium and short radius horizontal cased wells was formed.The completion steps have been optimized with respect to pipe scraping,well cleaning,perforation and sand control,etc.compared with the traditional process.The successful implementation of this well has opened up a new direction for"reducing costs and increasing efficiency,stabilizing oil and controlling water"in Bohai Oilfield.
