摘 要:本文通过对蜡油模拟馏程仪的改造,根据馏分点与单体烃结构之间的关系,进行线性回归计算线性相关系数,将恩氏蒸馏数据与色谱方法进行关联,建立适用于长庆石化柴油色谱模拟蒸馏与恩氏蒸馏关联模型,对它的准确性与重复性时行了验证,并应用于生产,改造后的色谱模拟蒸馏适用于炼油过程控制的柴油馏程分析。In this paper,through the reformation of wax oil simulated distillation apparatus,according to the relationship between distillation point and monomer hydrocarbon structure,the linear correlation coefficient was calculated by linear regression,and the Enshi distillation data was correlated with chromatographic method,establishing a correlation model for Changqing petrochemical diesel oil chromatographic simulated distillation and Enshi distillation,verifying its accuracy and repeatability,and applying it to production.The reformed chromatographic simulated distillation is suitable for diesel oil distillation range analysis for refinery process control.
